The job

  • Build the target list: R&D-heavy manufacturers in India and Europe.
  • Reach the MD or the promoter, not the purchase department.
  • Open the conversation on what Scientific Execution changes for their P&L.
  • Record every objection and what it actually meant.
  • Hand the leadership team a meeting that is already warm.

What we look for

  • Business acumen. You can work out how a company makes its money.
  • Problem solving. You take the problem apart before you answer.
  • Creativity. You find the second and third way, not only the first.
  • Curiosity. You keep asking why until you reach the reason.
  • Cross-questioning. You can defend your thinking, and change it.

Marks are not a criterion.

What is PDGMS

An AI platform that helps manufacturers grow their EBITDA through technical marketing.

It moves a manufacturer from supply-chain thinking to value-chain thinking: from selling what the factory makes, to being written into what the customer is designing.

01
01

How they sell today

The manufacturer sells to the customer's purchase team. The purchase team asks three suppliers for a price. The lowest price wins. Next year the customer asks for a lower price again.

02
02

What PDGMS keeps

Two lists. One is what the factory can make and what it cannot. The other is what the customer's product has to do, read off what the customer says in public about it.

03
03

What it writes

It reads both lists and writes a product the customer's design team can use. Not a brochure. A material with the properties their product needs, and the reason it works. This takes days. A consultant takes weeks.

04
04

Why the money changes

If the customer puts that material into their design, they cannot swap it out easily. A change means testing and approvals again. Same factory, same cost, but the order is worth more. That is the EBITDA.

Your job is the first step of that: getting the manufacturer’s MD to take the conversation at all.

Case Files

The Gap

A 3-day purchase to dispatch cycle. Every department did their job, but the handoffs were unowned.

The Protocol

The company mapped the actual flow and redesigned the protocol between departments, setup Microsoft CoPilot AI automations.

The Impact

Dispatch Cycle

3 days became 1 day, recovering 200+ days of capacity per year

The big picture

The bridge from strategy to execution.

Every company decides what to do, then does it. The gap between the two is where growth dies. A DT Fellow is the bridge.

V5

GoalThe MD

The number the company must hit.

V4

StrategyThe function head

The plan to hit it, tuned as results come in.

V3

The PlanThe DT Fellow

You build the play that actually works, then step back.

V2

SupervisionTeam leads

Keeps the work on track, week by week.

V1

WorkThe reps

Run the workflow. Send the output.

What V3 does

1

Find the play. Months of experiments until you find what actually moves the number.

2

Codify it into PDGMS. The system DT builds. Your play becomes a workflow it can run.

3

Step back. The platform runs it from then on. The team makes the calls that need a human.

Prove the winning play once. Fewer hires, higher revenue.
